Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Subscription: By enrolling in our group dance classes, participants agree to be charged a monthly subscription fee of $60 when the month consists of 4 weeks. This subscription fee is calculated at a rate of $15 per class. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, regardless of the number of classes attended in a given month. 2. No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. 3. Missed Classes: - Missed classes will not be credited or refunded. - The course cannot be extended, and no makeup classes or compensations will be provided for classes missed due to personal reasons. - If more than 2 classes are missed in a month due to sickness, participants can contact the teacher to discuss the possibility of receiving credit for different classes. 4. Cancellation Policy: - Classes may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling by the instructor or studio. - Participants will be notified in such cases, and they will be credited for the canceled class. 5. Minimum Class Size: - Classes are subject to a minimum enrollment requirement. - If the minimum is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled, and participants will be notified accordingly. 6. Class Attendance Notification: Participants are kindly requested to notify the instructor by text message if they will not be attending a scheduled class. Timely notifications assist in class planning and allow for better coordination.
