• Ballroom rental is $390 per evening.
• Refundable security deposit of $300 is required to reserve the date. Party rentals may be subject to additional fees according to the terms of the contract.
• DJ equipment, chaffing dishes are available at additional fee.
• You may obtain a key the day before your rental and set-up the day of your rental. You must clean and vacate the premises immediately after you event, and return the key the following business day. Your deposit will be returned once the studio has been cleaned to its original state. Failure to clean the studio properly will result in a loss of your deposit.
• No rosin, powder, or water, is permitted on studio floors. Drinks spilled on the floor must be cleaned right away.
Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, christening, or graduation party, you can rent our beautiful studio and your party will be an extraordinary one! We have 3000 square feet of space and a 1500 square foot dance floor to accommodate up to 100 guests. Call us today to reserve a date for your special event.
